3ʙɪ Meets Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms cover 3ʙɪ Meets and add to the main 3ʙɪ Terms of Service. By hosting or joining a meeting you agree to them and to the Meets Acceptable Use Policy.
Hosts
- You need a 3ʙɪ account to host. You are responsible for your meetings and everyone you admit.
- You must tell participants before recording, captioning or transcribing, and follow the recording-consent laws that apply to them.
- Keep your meeting links and personal room link safe; anyone with a link can ask to join.
Guests
Guests may join without an account. Use a name that identifies you honestly and follow the host's instructions. A host can mute or remove you.
Recordings and AI notes
Recordings are saved to the host's Drive. AI transcripts and summaries can contain mistakes; check them before relying on them.
Service
Meets is included with 3ʙɪ accounts at no extra charge today. Call quality depends on your device and connection. We may change or limit features to keep the service reliable, and we will give notice before introducing any fees.
Suspension
We may end a meeting or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy.
Liability
Meets is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as described in the main terms.
