Your domains
You may only add domains you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your DNS settings; changing incoming-mail records can redirect all mail for a domain.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that send spam or abuse the service.
Your content
You own your email and files. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only as needed to provide the service.
AI features
AI summaries and suggested replies can be wrong. Review them before relying on or sending them.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for reliable delivery but cannot guarantee that every message is delivered or received.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost mail or data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the date above. You may stop using the service at any time.
