To keep delivery reliable for everyone, you may not use 3ʙɪ Mail to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or mail to purchased lists.
• Send phishing, malware, or deceptive content, or impersonate others.
• Send from domains you don't own or aren't authorized to use.
• Harass, threaten, or send illegal content.
• Break anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL or GDPR.
• Attempt to bypass sending limits or interfere with the service.

Enforcement

We may pause sending or suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.
