Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains what 3ʙɪ Mail ("we") collects when you use the service at 3bi.io, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile picture.
- Domains, addresses and aliases you set up.
- Email you send and receive through the service, including attachments.
- If you connect Gmail: the messages you choose to view, accessed with the permissions you grant.
How we use it
- To deliver, store and display your email.
- To run AI features (summaries, suggested replies) only when you request them.
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data or use your email for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service: an email delivery provider to send and receive mail, a cloud host for storage and sign-in, and an AI provider for features you trigger. They process data only on our behalf.
Google user data
3ʙɪ Mail's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is only shown to you, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models. You can disconnect Gmail at any time.
Retention and deletion
Your mail is kept until you delete it. To delete your account and all associated data, email c@3bi.io.
Security
Your data is private to your account. Attachments are stored privately and email content is displayed in an isolated view.
